Product Description
SAB129-1E is a high-performance antistatic masterbatch specifically developed for PE film applications. Using LDPE as the carrier resin, it incorporates an effective antistatic system with good dispersion and compatibility with PE resins.
The antistatic components gradually migrate to the film surface, helping reduce surface resistivity and facilitate the dissipation of static charges. This helps minimize problems caused by static buildup during film processing, handling and end use.
SAB129-1E provides a fast-acting and long-lasting antistatic effect while maintaining good film appearance and processing performance.
Applications
SAB129-1E is recommended for PE films requiring improved antistatic performance and reduced static buildup.
The optimum dosage and application method should be determined according to film thickness, formulation, processing conditions and target antistatic performance.

Recommended Dosage
1.0–3.5%
The optimum dosage depends on film thickness, formulation, processing conditions and target antistatic performance.
In low-temperature and low-humidity environments, a higher dosage may be required to achieve the desired antistatic performance.
Production trials are recommended to determine the appropriate dosage for each application.
Packaging
25 kg net weight per bag, packed in moisture-resistant woven composite bags.
After opening, any unused material should be properly resealed and protected from moisture to maintain product performance.
Storage
Store in the original unopened packaging in a cool, dry and clean environment, away from direct sunlight and moisture. The storage temperature should not exceed 40°C.
Under recommended storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.
Note
The information provided is based on our current technical knowledge and product experience and is intended for reference only. Actual performance may vary depending on film formulation, structure, processing conditions and environmental temperature and humidity. Production trials are recommended before commercial use.
