Product Description
SAB8122E is a high-performance antiblock masterbatch developed for polyethylene film applications. Using LDPE as the carrier resin, it incorporates high-quality synthetic silica as the functional antiblocking agent.
The product provides good dispersion and optical properties. It helps reduce effective contact between adjacent film layers, minimizing film-to-film blocking and improving film opening performance.
SAB8122E provides effective antiblocking performance while maintaining good film appearance and optical properties, making it suitable for polyethylene films requiring reliable antiblocking and easy-opening performance.
Applications
SAB8122E is recommended for CPE, LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE and EVA films requiring improved antiblocking and film-opening performance.
The optimum dosage depends on film material, structure, thickness, processing conditions and target antiblocking performance.
