Newrig New Materials — functional masterbatches

Film-grade performance, engineered into every granule.

Slip, anti-adhesion and antistatic masterbatches that keep PE and PP film clear, printable and running at line speed.

What we make

Three additive families. One clean-running film.

Every grade ships as uniform white granules in 25 kg moisture-proof bags, ready for your dosing unit.

01

Smooth (slip) masterbatches

High-purity erucamide systems that cut the coefficient of friction on CPE, IPE, CPP and POF film — without odor, haze or trouble at the heat-seal layer.

02

Anti-adhesion masterbatches

Synthetic silica and spherical glass-bead anti-blocks that keep wound film separating cleanly — including a specialist grade that will not scratch aluminized layers.

03

Antistatic agents

Fast-acting, long-lasting hydrophilic-polymer static control for cast and blown PE film — low haze, high gloss, print-safe.

Why Newrig

Built for the extrusion line, not the brochure.

Additive chemistry only counts if it survives your process. Our grades are formulated and tested against the things film producers actually fight: haze, odor, blocking, static and scratched metallization.

Multi-layer co-ex

01

Optics first

High-purity erucamide and amorphous synthetic silica with a refractive index close to PP — slip and anti-block without clouding the film.

02

Food-contact ready

High-chemical-purity silica grades suitable for food-industry plastic packaging.

03

Process-safe

No adverse effect on printing, heat-sealing, laminating or aluminizing at recommended dosages — melt index per ASTM D1238A, density per DIN 53479 on every datasheet.

04

Proven on your line

We recommend testing ahead of production — sample batches ship for trials on your own extruder before you commit.

From sample to production

Three steps to a cleaner-running film

1

Tell us your film

Share your structure, resin, thickness and line conditions — PE or PP, cast or blown, mono or co-ex.

2

Trial a sample batch

We match a grade and addition rate (0.5–4.0% typical) and ship a 25 kg trial bag for a run on your line.

3

Scale with confidence

Lock the recipe and order production volumes — consistent batch-to-batch, 12-month sealed shelf life.
