Product Description
9122 is a high-performance antiblock masterbatch developed for PP films and sheets. Using copolymer PP as the carrier resin, it incorporates high-quality synthetic silica as the functional antiblocking agent.
The product provides good dispersion and optical properties. It helps reduce effective contact between adjacent film or sheet surfaces, minimizing blocking and improving opening and separation performance.
9122 provides reliable antiblocking performance while maintaining good material appearance and optical properties, making it suitable for PP film and sheet applications requiring effective blocking control.
Applications
9122 is recommended for IPP, CPP and POF films, as well as PP sheets, requiring improved antiblocking, opening and separation performance.
The optimum dosage should be determined according to material type, structure, thickness, processing conditions and target antiblocking performance.
