Product Description
SAB5305E is a slip and antiblock masterbatch specifically developed for PE blown film applications. Using LDPE as the carrier resin, it combines a slip additive with synthetic silica to provide balanced slip and antiblocking performance.
The product offers good dispersion and compatibility with PE resins. It helps reduce the coefficient of friction (COF), improve film slip properties, and minimize film-to-film blocking during processing, winding, and storage.
SAB5305E provides good processing performance and is suitable for PE blown film applications requiring reliable slip and antiblocking performance.
Applications
SAB5305E is recommended for PE blown film production, including:
- Mono-layer PE films
- Multilayer coextruded PE films
For multilayer films, the masterbatch can be incorporated into the appropriate functional layer depending on the film structure and target performance.
Key Benefits
- Combined slip and antiblocking performance
- Helps reduce film coefficient of friction (COF)
- Improves film opening and reduces film-to-film blocking
- Good dispersion and processing performance
- Good compatibility with PE resins
- Suitable for mono-layer and multilayer coextruded PE blown films

Recommended Dosage
0.5–3.0%
The optimum dosage depends on film structure, total thickness, formulation, processing conditions, and target slip and antiblocking performance.
For multilayer films, SAB5305E may be added to the appropriate functional layer according to the required surface properties. Production trials are recommended to determine the optimum dosage for each application.
Packaging
25 kg net weight per bag, packed in moisture-resistant woven composite bags.
Storage
Store in the original unopened packaging in a cool, dry, and clean environment, away from direct sunlight and moisture. The storage temperature should not exceed 40°C.
Under recommended storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.
