Product Description
SAP530PB is a slip and antiblock masterbatch developed for PP film applications. Using copolymer PP as the carrier resin, it combines slip and antiblocking functions in a single masterbatch.
The product offers good dispersion and compatibility with PP materials. It helps reduce the coefficient of friction (COF), improve film slip properties, and minimize film-to-film blocking during processing, winding and storage.
SAP530PB provides balanced slip and antiblocking performance while maintaining good film appearance and processing performance.
Applications
SAP530PB is recommended for IPP, CPP and POF films requiring improved slip, lower COF and reliable antiblocking performance.
The optimum dosage and application method should be determined according to film structure, thickness, formulation, processing conditions and target performance.
