A special anti-adhesion masterbatch for high-quality CPE, PPE, LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE and EVA blown film. It uses PE as the base material with high-quality synthetic silica from leading imported brands. Thanks to its high dispersion and optical properties, normal film dosage will usually not cause haze while still delivering a good anti-adhesion effect.
Use
Highly dispersible anti-blocking particles distribute uniformly across the film surface, forming an air layer between film plies that increases surface unevenness so air enters easily — efficiently preventing film-to-film adhesion when winding, with no adverse effect on post-processing (printing, laminating, etc.).

Amount added
The recommended addition rate is 2.0–4.0%; the exact amount depends on film thickness and the performance required.
Packing & storage
Supplied in moisture-proof woven plastic composite bags, 25 kg net weight per bag. Reseal opened bags well to protect the product from moisture. Shelf life is 12 months with intact packaging, stored in a dry, clean, cool place not exceeding 40 °C.
