A PE-based masterbatch with a high content of anti-blocking and slip additives for high-quality IPE, CPE and PE film, giving the film a uniform surface finish for LDPE and EVA films. High-purity erucamide outperforms oleamide with good transparency, no odor, good polymer compatibility, low volatility, and good heat resistance. Finely dispersed synthetic silica prevents adhesion between films and efficiently reduces the coefficient of friction.
Use
Erucamide migrates from the inner resin layer to the film surface. Suitable for POF, PE, CPE and IPE single-layer and multi-layer co-extrusion film — used in the inner (heat-sealing) layer and core layer with good slip effect, and no adverse impact on printing, heat sealing, appearance, or haze. Testing in advance is recommended.

The recommended addition rate is 0.5–3.0%; the exact amount depends on film thickness and the performance required.
Packing & storage
Supplied in moisture-proof woven plastic composite bags, 25 kg net weight per bag. Reseal opened bags well to protect the product from moisture. Shelf life is 12 months with intact packaging, stored in a dry, clean, cool place not exceeding 40 °C.
