Product Description
SAB5120P is a high-transparency antiblock masterbatch specifically developed for metallization base film applications. Using copolymer PP as the carrier resin, it incorporates selected high-sphericity glass beads as the functional antiblocking material.
The spherical antiblocking system helps reduce effective contact between adjacent film layers, improving film opening and antiblocking performance while minimizing its impact on film transparency, gloss and surface properties.
SAB5120P is particularly suitable for base films requiring a balance of antiblocking performance, optical properties and suitability for subsequent metallization processes.
Applications
SAB5120P is specifically designed for metallization base films requiring reliable antiblocking performance while maintaining good optical and surface properties.
The optimum dosage should be determined according to base film structure, thickness, processing conditions and target antiblocking performance.
